We own two of these gates, and I will purchase two more within the next couple months. Keeps even my five year old out, yet simple enough to operate with a hot dish in each hand. The only drawback is that the opening itself is pretty narrow. It is extremely durable. Every other gate we've ever had has broken after 6 to 9 months. We've had these two for about two years now, and they are still going strong. We're only getting two more because this newest baby is the most adventurous of the lot.

We have had this gate in our home for 3 months and it is sturdy and dependable. We bought it so that my mother could easily get in to the baby's room - other gates are too dificult for her to open - she has arthritis. I can't believe how much I love the gate for the no hands operation - it is so easy to open when you have a screaming baby in your arms - and your hands are full! Great Product!
